If you subscribe to our AI Phone + CRM service, phone calls handled by the AI assistant are recorded and transcribed. Callers are informed that the call may be recorded. These recordings are stored securely and are accessible only through your CRM portal. You may export or delete recordings at any time.

5. SMS and Text Message Communications

Legendary Pathway LLC sends text messages (SMS) for the following purposes: account notifications, payment confirmations, service alerts, voicemail notifications, and responses to messages you initiate.

  • Account activation and status updates
  • Payment confirmations and billing alerts
  • Voicemail and missed call notifications
  • Service announcements and platform updates

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive these messages. You are not required to consent to SMS as a condition of purchasing any service.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies — typically 2–10 messages per month per active service.

To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for support contact information.

Reply START or YES to resume messages after opting out.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
