1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Legendary Pathway website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Legendary Pathway provides business consulting, loan brokerage, and AI-integrated business systems (AI Phone + CRM platform). The specific features, pricing, and availability of each service are described on our website and in your service agreement.

3. Accounts and Access

To use our AI Phone + CRM service, you will be provided with login credentials for your CRM portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Setup fees are one-time charges due at the time of purchase.
  • Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Overage charges (minutes, SMS, storage beyond plan limits) are billed monthly.
  • All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once the build-out process has begun.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
  • You may export your data (contacts, call logs, etc.) before the service ends.
  • After the billing period ends, your portal and phone service will be deactivated.
  • Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send unsolicited or spam communications
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the AI phone system for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Legendary Pathway platform, including its software, design, and branding, is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a license to use the platform for your business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software.

8. Data Ownership

You own your data. Contacts, call recordings, transcripts, and other business data entered into or generated by the platform belong to you. You may export your data at any time. We will not use your data for purposes other than providing the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, third-party service outages (Twilio, ElevenLabs, etc.), or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legendary Pathway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

11. Consulting Disclaimer

Business consulting and loan brokerage services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee loan approval, specific funding amounts, or business outcomes. Results depend on individual circumstances including but not limited to business performance, lender criteria, and market conditions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
